Consultation
Once we have checked our availability for your wedding date, we will schedule an initial consultation with you to discuss your ideas and vision for your wedding flowers. This can be done over the phone or in person if you are local.
Wedding Flower Proposal
After your consultation, you will receive a Wedding Flower Proposal which outlines all the details and estimated costs discussed during the consultation, along with a mood-board. To secure your date, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250.00, which will be subtracted from your final balance.
Finalising details
Approximately 10 weeks prior to your wedding, we will contact you to discuss and confirm all the details of your wedding flowers and make any necessary adjustments.
The big day
We will arrive at your venue early on the day to start setting up and turning your vision into reality.

How far in advance should we book?
There are no restrictions, however, our advice is simple: if you truly love a supplier and have your heart set on having them be a part of your wedding, do not hesitate.
How do we book you?
Once you have approved our Wedding Flower Proposal and are ready to book our services, we will send you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of £250.00. This payment will secure our services for your wedding day and will be subtracted from your final payment.
Can I change things?
Absolutely! We understand that plans can evolve throughout the wedding journey. Minor refinements can typically be accommodated up to 4 weeks before your wedding date, subject to availability. Should you wish to make more substantial changes to the floral design, quantities, colour palette, or venue arrangements, we will happily review your requirements and provide an updated proposal reflecting any adjustments to costs.
Do you offer hire items?
Yes. Alongside our bespoke floristry, we offer a thoughtfully curated collection of hire pieces chosen to complement and elevate your floral styling. Our collection includes elegant candle holders, glass bud vases, statement urns, plinths, floral stands, arches, table runners, and a range of carefully selected vessels, allowing us to create a beautifully cohesive and refined aesthetic throughout your celebration.
Are there any hidden costs?
No! We provide a comprehensive overview in your Wedding Flower Proposal. The costs for delivery, design and installation will be specified in your proposal, taking into account the delivery locations, postcodes, and timing.
After the deposit, when do we pay the rest?
A final payment will be due one month before the wedding. No other payments are expected before this time.
Do have a minimum spend?
Yes. Our wedding floristry services have a minimum investment of £1500. This reflects the tailored nature of our designs, the quality of the flowers we source, and the level of service we provide.
Do you offer packages?
No. Rather than offering fixed packages, we provide a fully bespoke floristry service. Every wedding is individually designed, allowing us to create a floral experience that is perfectly suited to your vision, setting, and guest experience.
