Emma and Martin’s romantic wedding at Delbury Hall, Shropshire.
As a florist I enjoy peony season because they are a stunning flower. Furthermore, they’re romantic, blousy blooms that have a delicious fragrance. As a result, it’s a wonderful choice for a bouquet and Fran and I were delighted when Emma had her heart set on making them the star of her wedding flowers.
Emma and Martin chose the Coach House venue of Delbury Hall for their wedding. It’s a wedding venue we are familiar with, however the previous time we were there it was three-foot in snow! The prospect of returning in a warmer climate was much more appealing. We had much lower chances of us being stuck in a snow drift too!
The Georgian mansion setting was the perfect venue for Emma and Martin’s glamorous country house wedding. Consequently, to compliment the romantic, classical style, I combined Roses with the peonies to create a soft, dreamy colour palette of pale pink, creams and whites.
